Fairway Real Estate, was established in 2005 as a way to accommodate the many Taylor Mortgage clients that expressed to us a need for personal, professional and above all trustworthy help in not only lending but in but in the real estate transaction itself. Since opening Fairway Real Estate we have realized that a client is much happier providing personal and private information to far fewer people than in previous transactions. Most purchase transactions involve multiple layers of individuals processing information.
